The Waffle Chic has provided off-site catering for events throughout NYC’s 5 boroughs Long Island and its surrounding counties to include Westchester County, New Jersey and Connecticut. We will help you efficiently and effectively plan your gathering.

Gratuity charge of 18% will be added to all orders

Drop Off Over 5 Miles: Additional Charge Depending on Distance (Please Inquire)

Deposit for Wire Racks and Water Pans, Refundable Upon Return

Payment Policies

A deposit of 50% is required on all catering orders.

A final payment is due upon receipt of the invoice 3 days before your event. If order is placed less than one week full payment is due at time of order.

Cancellation Policy : .Should it become necessary for Client to terminate this Agreement, and the event date is greater than thirty (30) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain 25% related to expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.

If Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Caterer shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.

A Nontransferable credit may be issued after a fourteen day cancellation

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or cash ( other electronic transfers can be accepted inquire with us ) .
